Great Cameras, Easy installation and great day and night viewing. The cam does go to black and white at night but the view is great. No issues.

The Cable thickness is great. i found that the low voltage male plug on the 25 foot version is too large diameter and does not fit into the camera properly. The 50 foot version fits properly. i cant figure out why there is a difference.

I purchased six of the 57W540's for a residential application. At first I purchased the 420 TVL's but decided to spend the extra money to have more TVL's and the ability to adjust the focus/zoom. This camera does very well in both in daylight and at night. The I.F. works very well. Compared to other retailers, the price is about 25% cheaper through 1800securitycamera.

Amazing camera...though it is only 420TVL, the contrast is really nice compared to other cameras that 550TVL

I enjoy being able to view my cameras on-the-go with my iPhone. A definite recommend for those who do not have a computer at hand.

a great dvr to cover a large area with its 16 camera input capability. what i was delighted with the most is the company personally helped me and put my dvr up online; they set it up for me to view local and remotely.

like this better then the hikvision cards, in the way the user interface also integrates keyboard shortcuts

Good camera, with good picture...great price also. If anyone is interested in knowing, the camera is color during the day and changes to black and white during the night.

Really cool DVR. I've had it for a couple days now and it works great. I love being able to check it online or on my iphone using the camera app. It was easy to set up once I installed the hard drive. The only thing I didn't like was that I needed an active x download to view it online and I can't do that at work.

I bought nine of these for my home. They are great. The picture quality is very good. You can't go wrong for the price. One of the cameras wasn't working, and they did hesitate to replace the camera for me. Excellent customer service!!

Great DVR. This particular dvr was recommended to me by the company and I couldn't be happier. They helped me install it remotely. Now I can view my home on my phone, on the internet, and locally. Their customer service is superb. Won't hesitate on buying from them again.

I purchased this about 6 months ago, so far it's been great! Works as advertised. Very easy to setup. However a few things to be aware of. - The free app to view it on your mobile is junk! I have an android phone and it will not work with it, refused to login. - Viewable via the internet with IE 7 & 8, will not work in 9 or Firefox.

Great cameras! A little bigger than I expected but once I got them hooked up I couldn't have been more pleased. Very clear images in day and night. Easy to adjust focus and zoom. Solid & well made.

Great DVR. Easy to setup. I got it with a hard drive included so the software was already installed. It was plug and play. I love that it emails me frames when it detects motion in the areas I've selected. Live feeds can also be accessed easily with my my Droid X. This was all I needed for my home surveillance.

Purchased this to replace a similar model. Owned and have used it for a few months now and it works great. And NO, you don't have to hook it up to the internet though you can if you want to. And you can use either a LCD computer type monitor or a TV style monitor. You just have to make sure it's set to the one you're using. Runs quiet and has lots of recording options. A LOT OF BANG FOR THE BUCK AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!And if I could, I'd buy another one as a spare. I can only hope if and when I get the cash and can do so, they'll still have them and for this great price.
